Order Placement

Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or corporate account approval.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be subject to review.

Changes to Orders

Any changes to orders, including menu items or quantities, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Delivery

Delivery fees may apply based on the delivery location and order size. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.

Quality Assurance

We strive to provide the highest quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt for resolution.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we take utmost care in handling allergens, we cannot guarantee our products are free from traces of allergens. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.

Payment

Payment is due upon order confirmation unless credit terms have been established for corporate accounts. Late payments may incur additional charges.
